A night of classic rock at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Friend of Joe Walsh and fellow Texan, Ray Wiley Hubbard was a special guest and opened the night's events with a short set...
Bad Company followed and tore through some amazing classic hits. Paul Rodgers was on point and his voice is as strong and soulful as ever. The band was tight and cranked out songs like, Shooting Star, Feel Like Makin' Love, Rock & Roll Fantasy, Ready For Love and Bad Company along with many others. Black Crowes, guitarist, Rich Robinson is currently on tour with the band.
Joe Walsh closed out the show and brought his trademark guitar licks to The Woodlands. He dedicated Take It To The Limit to his friend and bandmate, Glenn Frey. Walsh also rocked some of his most well known songs including, Walk Away, In The City, Funk #49 (with extended dance set in the middle,) Life's Been Good, Life In The Fast Lane, Rocky Mountain Way and more. It was a fantastic night of great rock & roll.
