Contest rules for
ROCK 101’s “HOGTOBER”

1. The ROCK 101 “HOGTOBER” contest will be held from October 3rd through October 31st, 1996. The contest is not open to employees and their immediate families of Evergreen Media Corporation, participating Sponsors, or their Agencies or Consultants.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age of age or older to participate.

3. Beginning Thursday, October 3rd, 1996, and continuing each Thursday throughout the month of October, concluding on October 31st 1996, KLOL will award on Harley Davidson Sportster Model883 in the following manner: each Thursday in October, ROCK 101 will play the sound of a Harley Davidson starting up on-air, when you hear that sound, be the 101st caller at 713-390-KLOL and you win.

4. In all, a total of five Harley Davidson Sportster Model 883’s will be awarded during the on-air giveaways.

5. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. Winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligigility and a waiver of liability before accepting their prize.

6. By entering, winner consents without limitation and without further compensation to the use of thier nam, photograph or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes by ROCK 101.
