Georgia based band, Blackberry Smoke, made a stop at the Sam Houston Race Park, while on their Holding All The Roses Tour. The band played to enthusiastic fans who got a sampling of some good old southern rock.
Michigan based rockers, Pop Evil played Warehouse Live in Houston, TX in support of their recent album, Up. Check out our live shots of this show.
Australian power rock trio, Wolfmother, blew the roof off the House of Blues Houston. The band played a tight set and entertained the packed house on a weekday. L.A. garage rock duo, Deap Vally opened the show and made quick fans with their barrage of guitar and drums.
Campy, British rockers, The Darkness brought their iconic brand of rock and roll to the House of Blues Houston on Tuesday night. The band made light of our recent inclement weather and promised it wasn't their fault. Everyone had a good laugh and the band proceeded to rock the house with a 16 song setlist that spanned across their four albums.
I first saw and heard Coheed & Cambria when they were opening for Rush. A very underrated band IMHO.
