Lamb of God crashed onto the Revention Music Center stage with a thunderous roar of the sold-out crowd.
An evening with the legendary Cheap Trick at the House of Blues in Houston, Tx. Cheap Trick rocked a 19 song set list for those in attendance. Even with guitarist, Rick Nielsen battling laryngitis the band pulled off a great show.
Billy Joel brought his hits and more to a practically sold out crowd at Toyota Center. With a back catalog of over 40 years worth of great music Billy Joel played a set that included 30 songs. He even played a few covers including, Rock Around The Clock, Pretty Woman, Highway To Hell (yes AC/DC,) ZZ Top's Tush and Cream's Crossroads. Fans were treated to a great night of music.
Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham and Vic Johnson are Sammy & The Circle. If you want to talk about a well rounded rock show, this was it. Sammy and the boys jammed some of Hagar's greatest tunes and ripped through four Led Zeppelin tracks, Good Times Bad Times, Whole Lotta Love, When The Levee Breaks and Rock & Roll. The show clocked in at about 90 minutes with a 15 song set list and included what seemed like endless autographs as Sammy signed just about everything placed in front of him while on stage...except for that one bald guy's head. He didn't sign that.
To a near sold out crowd on a rainy Halloween night, The Cult delivered an aural assault to dedicated fans at the House of Blues in downtown Houston. Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy brought the onslaught of Cult favorites during their Houston show. Songs like, Rain, Lil' Devil, Wildflower, Fire Woman, She Sells Sanctuary and more were peppered throughout their set. The Cult delivered the perfect Halloween treat to those in attendance.
